Hi, we’re Larison Media, and we’re introducing ourselves to the newcomers around here. Or reintroducing, if we’ve been friends for a while. Here’s who we are, our Core Values that are the driving force behind how we run day-to-day, and how we serve our clients.

We take initiative with tasks every single day. With our clients, with our personal goals, with the growth of Larison Media, we’re taking initiative regularly for growth’s sake.

We own our mistakes and our successes with a natural desire for repair or celebration. When our mindsets make the jump from an employee mentality to an owner mentality, stuff is simply better. We aggressively desire better for our team, our clients and ourselves. We can’t stay the same. Growing, learning, challenging ourselves, it’s who we are. Check back with us tomorrow, next month, next year, we’ll be better than we are today.

CONFIDENCE

We do what others say we can’t. The industry we’re in, like so many others, is full of incredible people doing incredible work. We have the confidence that we do too! As we work with our clients, we’re confident we will deliver what they’ve asked us for, with an added element of wow.

We’re a company built on the idea that creativity is the biggest variable. We’re a company built on the idea that people should always come first. We’re a company that isn’t focused on the past but on the present. We’re a company that is constantly trying to do what others say we can’t.

WHAT WE REALLY ARE IS A BUSINESS CREATIVE SHOP THAT IS HELPING OUR CLIENTS STAY RELEVANT IN THIS CRAZY, FAST-CHANGING WORLD.

 Some people might call us a social media company. Some people might call us a graphic design company. Some people might call us a marketing agency. Frankly, some people probably think we play on Facebook and Instagram all day. More on that in a future blog.
